By accessing or using Abschluss.ai and its Zoom integration ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Abschluss.ai is an AI-powered sales call analysis platform that connects to your Zoom account to access cloud recordings, analyze call transcripts, and display sales performance metrics (KPIs) in a private dashboard.

The Service is intended for use by sales teams, sales managers, and sales consulting firms.

4. Zoom Integration

By connecting your Zoom account, you authorize Abschluss.ai to:

• Access and list your Zoom cloud recordings
• Read recording files including audio transcript (VTT) files
• Read your Zoom user profile (name and email)

You can revoke this access at any time via the Zoom App Marketplace under "Added Apps".

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Record or analyze calls without the knowledge and consent of all participants
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Raw video/audio files are never stored — only text transcripts and derived KPIs
• All data is encrypted and stored in an EU-based database
• Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising the Service is the property of Zeidler Media. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you provide or generate through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeidler Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by revoking the Zoom integration and contacting us to delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
