When you connect your Zoom account to Abschluss.ai, we access and process the following data:

• User profile information — Your Zoom account name and email address
• Cloud recording metadata — List of meetings with recordings (title, date, duration)
• Audio transcripts (VTT files) — Text transcripts used for AI-powered call analysis
• Derived KPI metrics — Analysis results such as talk ratio, objection handling scores, and closing indicators

We do not download, store, or process raw video or audio recording files.

• To display your Zoom meeting recordings in your personal dashboard
• To analyze call transcripts using AI and generate sales performance metrics
• To provide team-level KPI tracking for authorized managers

Your data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored in a secured, encrypted database (Supabase) hosted in the European Union
• Data is accessible only to the authorized account holder and designated team admins
• All data transmission uses TLS 1.2 or higher encryption
• OAuth tokens are stored securely server-side, never exposed client-side
• Raw recording files are never downloaded or stored

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hallo@abschluss.ai. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.

6. Subprocessors

The following third-party providers process personal data on our behalf as subprocessors under Art. 28 GDPR. The list below is generated live from our compliance database — last sync on every page load.

Defense-in-depth: every analysis feature is tracked in our compliance feature flag system. Features marked enabled are active in the MVP; features marked disabled are blocked at code, prompt, and database level.

8. Revoking Zoom Access

• Go to marketplace.zoom.us
• Profile → Manage → Added Apps → Abschluss.ai → Remove

This immediately revokes all access to your Zoom account.
